This Monday we went on a school trip to the British museum in order to look at all the objects the British stole from other countries. Just kidding, my teacher does not like it when we say stolen, I meant looted. I was really excited for this trip, because I am very interested in history. It was very interesting but sadly, it was overcrowded and very hot inside of the museum. It was a bit hard to enjoy. I was still able to look at a few things and at least I now know that I want to go back.

On Tuesday afternoon I got back from school and took of my shoes in the hallway. A second later my shoes was gone. Bold had taken it and was now waiting for me to play with him. It was quite a challenge getting it back. I went to Hamden Park to feed pigeons and this time they jumped onto my hand. On my walk back, I noticed all the gorgeous blossoms on the trees. It is really starting to get spring here. It is often sunny, over 12 degrees and there are flowers and birds everywhere. It is very refreshing, since it was cloudy for what feels like a decade.

Good news, I was able to fix the hole in my canvas. Yayy. I also drew tentacles on it, no idea from where I got that Idea, but I guess I’ll go with the flow. Let’s see how it turns out.
On Friday we went down to the beach and It was low tide. We were actually able to walk out onto the sea with our shoes on. It was at the same time as the sun went down. I it was just truly gorgeous.

I forced Lena to watch Lord of The Rings for the first time, because you can’t go through life without having seen that masterpiece. We had planned a sleepover where we were supposed to watch all 9.5 hours of film. However, we accidentally clicked on the extended version and when we realized it was already do late. So over 11 hours it is. After finishing the second move at half past one in the morning and a rough night (my mattress had a hole, so we had to sleep in her 90 cm bed together) we did not have the energy to what the last one as well, because that one was 4 hours and 12 minutes. We are both going to finish it at home now. But now what everyone was waiting for, Lena liked it (everything else would be a lie). And even better is that she does not hate Gollum. I think the people that hate him did not understand the story.
