This week was really chill. It is starting to get cold and foggy. And alle the leaves are turning orange and red. I love absolutely love autumn. It is just so cozy. On Tuesday me and a friend went to get coffee. Not at the Costa coffee shop this time. We realized that Muffin Break is cheaper, and you get more chocolate powder on the Cappuccino. So maybe this will be my favourite coffee place soon. Drinking my regular Cappuccino and talking to Soraya about God knows what is one of my favourite things to do. If I ever get rich, I’ll spend all my money on coffee.
On Saturday we took a trip to Lewes. A beautiful town near Brighton. The weather was cloudy, but there was no rain. So, it was perfect. At first, we went to Lewes Castle. There was a museum where you could see all kind of old things. Kitchen utensils, weapons and so on. I am very interested in history, so the visit was a success. Then we went on to the Castle itself. We nearly died while walking those steps. It was windy and the stair steps where a strange because they did not match the length of my footsteps. We went to a park for lunch and there were so many squirrels. I took my camera and tried to take pictures. God, they are fast. But I was able to get a few good ones.
Our teacher got us tickets for the Anne of Cleves Museum, so we headed there after our lunch break in the park. The museum was a fully furniture house and you could walk through every room. I learned a lot about Anne of Cleves. And I now also know, that at that time people used to sleep sitting up, because they thought, that their organs are not connected to each other. There was a nice Café in one part of the house and of course we couldn’t resist to stop. Yes, the Cappuccino tasted amazing.
