On Monday we did a drip to the long man with our English teacher. We drove for about 15 minutes with the minibus. We packed next to a church. It was really foggy, that gave everything a creepy flair. But I loved it. The graveyard was really old, and it looked scary in this weather. Mr. Cage told us about the 1600 years tree. A yew. It was so interesting.

Then we went to the long man. It was a 10 minutes’ walk. We couldn’t really see it, because of the fog. But it was still worth it. There were wild horses walking around the long men. Everything was so moody, but I think it was the perfect weather for a trip like that. Mr. Cage brought us donuts (Even though these weren’t donuts, but Berliner), it was really nice of him. After all, it was a wonderful morning.

On Wednesday we did a movie night with chocolate fondue at school. We were supposed to watch Harry Potter 5, what would have been perfect, because it was the next movie of my Harry Potter marathon. But it was just to loud with all that students in one room, so we ended up playing monopoly in Ms. French’s office. What turned out to be a fantastic decision. We had an amazing time.

On Saturday we had a barbecue at school and later that evening there was a Bonfire event at the beach. I went to town to eat lunch before, and I really enjoyed the time by myself. We first played monopoly again, what ended in a bit of a fight. But that’s probably normal for a game like that. But then we went to the beach, and it was amazing. There was a parade, a big bonfire and a long firework. I don’t really like firework because of the noise and the environment, but the moon and the ocean were stunning. It got really cold at night, so we already went home at half 10. But it was a nice evening.

On Sunday I went to the park to eat lunch by myself again and I really have to do that more often. I was so cozy and nice.
