On Monday we did an English lesson based on art because we have to learn vocabulary in every topic area on the C1 English level. Our teacher was trying to provoke us by taping a banana to the board and saying it was art but all we did was laugh about it and explain to him that every human being has their own definition whether or whether not something is art.

The weather was beautiful this week, so I decided to go up to Hampden for a few hours. Hampden Park is quite a big park with a small lake and part of it is forest. I just love it up there. There are always so many different animals. You can see squirrels and pigeons all over the park.

On Wednesday evening we had a pottery class at school. I did a little funky mushroom creature where I can stack my rings on. I was very fun but sadly we were quite in a rush, we had to finish it in two hours!

On Friday we always have History and Culture and then Art with a two-lesson break in between. I took the opportunity to go to a café and read for a bit.

On Saturday we went to Brighton. The weather was okey. The sun was supposed to be out but sadly that was not the case, however it wasn’t cold at all. We went from shop to shop but sadly I did not buy anything. I saw such gorgeous rings, and I do regret buying them. Me and my friends did a colour hunting challenge. It is when everyone chooses one colour and takes pictures with it in it. I chose red and luckily the search wasn’t difficult. But due to the fact that Brighton is a very colourful city, so yellow, blue and green wasn’t difficult. The collage of the pictures actually turned out really good, even though only Soraya and I had our camera with us. We had poke bowl for lunch and omggg that was so delicious. After we went to a bookshop, however I did not buy anything.
